Kokua Hawaii Foundation offered a hands on workshops for their Aina in School teachers and docents, in conjunction with the Oahu Master Gardeners.

The energetic and lively Mindy Jaffe gave a hands on demonstration on a unique way to recycle large amounts of organic food waste with her hot composting method.
