According to Owens sister who oversees the cleaning, packing and distribution of the produce. This Beet field took over 2 hours to wash and had 3 times the normal harvest. The  total Beets harvested from this field  over several days were  2,167 pounds!

Harvested that day were red radish that were previously difficult to grow on his farm.
They are now growing beautifully, with consistent uniform size and shape.
