With weekly foliar applications of EM•1® throughout his farm, the growth and production of other vegetable crops could be seen.

Here are just a few examples that we wanted to share. This is a field of Beets that will be ready to harvest soon.

Beets that his workers harvest are loaded onto trucks from the farm. It is then washed, sorted, and packed for later distribution to local supermarkets.

Here is a close-up of freshly harvested Beets grown with weekly applications of EM•1®.

This beet field had three times the average harvest, taking over 2 hours to wash! The total weight of beets harvested from this field over several days was 2,167 pounds!

Red radishes that were previously difficult to grow on his farm were harvested that day.

They are now growing beautifully, with consistent uniform size and shape.

Fusarium wilt of lettuce is caused by a fungus. It causes lettuce to wilt, turn yellow, develop tip burn, and die. Once introduced into a field, the fungus will probably remain indefinitely. At this time, the only effective control measure is to avoid planting in the infested fields for at least several years.
